With over 18 years in the food industry, he thrives on seeing guests delight in his dishes each day. He shares that it doesn’t feel like work with his fantastic kitchen team and such fun and energetic ownership.

Thaddeus’s favorite dishes to make and enjoy are the Honey Badger Pizza, The James Snapper and the irresistible Burrata Appetizer. His top kitchen tip? Take your time, read recipes thoroughly, and, most importantly, don’t forget to have fun.
