Salted Melon Market & Eatery will open a new location this spring in Phillips Place (6809 Phillips Place Court, Suite A), where it recently held a holiday popup.

The Salted Melon Market & Eatery will start construction on a permanent SouthPark restaurant next month. Plans call for a 2,769-square-foot establishment at Phillips Place.

This spring, the fast-casual market and restaurant is expanding to Phillips Place — in the same space the team held a holiday popup last month.

Phillips Place has inked a deal that will bring J.Crew to the specialty retail center in SouthPark next year.

J.Crew will open at Phillips Place off Fairview Road in late spring 2025.
