Veronica Beard – VBGivesBack to Penny’s Flight Promotion

Shop stylish shoes and give back this month at Veronica Beard. This April, for every pair of Penny loafers sold, Veronica Beard will donate $50 to support Penny’s Flight Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to funding research of neurofibromatosis (NF) and celebrating the life of Penny Doerge.
Penny’s Flight Foundation was founded in 2022 by Kate and Chad Doerge in memory of their daughter, Penny, who died at age 16 from a brain tumor caused by NF. After Penny’s passing, Kate channeled her grief into action and started the foundation to celebrate her daughter’s life and to fund much-needed advances in NF research.
This partnership is particularly personal for Veronica Beard as both Veronica Swanson Beard and Veronica Miele Beard are longtime friends of Kate’s and knew Penny.
